I never really made a list of all the foods that I eat and I’ve been meaning to. Not for you to really read, but just so I have a list of the normal stuff I eat archived. So heres a list of most, if not all of the foods that I put inside of my body. I try to balance everything out in my diet and I think this list will help illustrate that.
Proteins:
Carbohydrates
Fruits/Veggies
NO FRUIT JUICES- they’re high in fructose with none of the fiber in the fruit itself
I only drink water.
Fats/Oils
Avoid:
I’m sure I forgot something but this is all that i can name right now. I’ll probably edit this in the future.
